Talking Therapies & mental health help

At the surgery we have a mental health practitioner who is able to discuss any mental health queries, if our mental health practitioner is unavailable at the time we will offer you alternative on the day services such as: 

 

  • NHS 111
  • Samaritans - Call 116 123 at any time of the day or night for free.

  • Shout - if you’re struggling to cope and you need immediate help. Text Shout to 85258.

  • HOPELINEUK -  For those under 35 feeling suicidal (or those worried about an under-35-year-old) 0800 068 4141 24/7, 365 days a year

  • Wellbeing for Warwickshire - call 0800 616171. 

 

 

IAPT is a Talking Therapy service who offer sessions in order to help you manage your mental health over a period of time, you will be assessed by IAPT to see if the service is appropriate for you.

Please note IAPT see people who are aged 16 and over, registered with a GP in Coventry, Warwickshire, or Solihull and who are not currently being seen by another mental health team.
