Home Visits
Moseley Avenue Surgery provides home visits for patients who are genuinely housebound or medically unable to attend the surgery.
If you require a home visit, please contact reception before 11am on 024 7659 2201. Requests are reviewed by the duty Doctor, who may telephone you first to assess your condition and ensure the most appropriate care is provided.
