Complaints Procedure

Complaints

We aim to give a friendly and professional service to everyone who attends our practice. However, if, for any reason, our service should fall below our patients’ satisfaction, we take all complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery, we ask all patients to fill out a structured form, this is to enable us to deal with the facts and to look at what is expected, in a letter or email, sometimes the information gets lost so we need to keep it as structured as possible. The form can be sent via email or posted to the patient. All complaints will be treated as confidential.

The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman website contains detailed information on raising a complaint about any aspect of the NHS in England.

If you wish to remain anonymous these questions are optional.
